At J.Keart, we firmly believe in innovation, creativity and results. One such example is our adoption of prefabrication methods for the installation of pipes, which has significantly enhanced work productivity and reduced wastage.
J.Keart Alliances was first established in 1988, and operated as a third-tier fire protection subcontractor to established companies such as Tyco, Deluge Fire Protection, Hart Technologies and Mark Grow Fire Protection. In 1997, managing director Kennie Liu took over the helm and the company’s name was changed to J.Keart Alliances Pte Ltd.
Under the stewardship of Kennie, the company quickly expanded its operations and service footprint from its small staff strength of only two individuals. Today, J.Keart is an accredited reputable fire contractor with a team of 100 employees and a fleet of 15 maintenance vans and lorries, delivering manpower, materials and equipment to job sites. The company also operates its own prefabrication workshop, administration office and workers’ dormitory at their current factory premise in Benoi Crescent spanning an industrial space of 50,000 square feet.

Kennie Liu Zhenqi

Kennie has 24 years of experience in the fire protection industry. An expert fire safety consultant, he specialises in high-risk assignments including foam water special hazard projects, a highly specialised field in Singapore. Under Kennie’s stellar stewardship, he transformed J.Keart Alliances from a third-tier subcontractor to the accredited reputable fire contractor it is today.
Kennie also serves on the Board of Directors for Steel Builder Pte Ltd, Crossroad Technologies Pte Ltd, AAsperon Venture Pte Ltd, UltraFast Construction Pte Ltd and J.Keart Development Pte Ltd.
David Toh Eng Hock

Years of drafting experience has exposed David to many different industries such as construction, manufacturing, shipping & military. With his accreditations and over 19 years of experience in the fire safety industry, he is well equipped to deliver M&E services such as Fire Protection, Air-conditioning Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV), Electrical (EL) and Sanitary Plumbing (S&P) Systems in private and government projects.
Jennifer Soh Wai Leng

With her proven people management skills, Jennifer takes a hands-on approach in her management of the overall daily office operations of J.Keart group of companies, including human resources, office management and strategic business planning.
She is highly adept in administering standard operating procedures for each business function within the organisation and has developed strategies to streamline and improve our group’s operational processes.
Lin Wen Zhi

Lin has more than 25 years of professional experience in the fire industry and was involved in various aspects of the building and construction works. He possesses in-depth knowledge of fire protection system design, fire codes and fire safety engineering design solutions.
Dayalan Prabakaran
Senior Manager – Maintenance and A&A Operations

Prabakaran, our Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing our Maintenance and A&A
Operations.
He provides operational leadership for our Maintenance Servicing Team and is adept in handling relationships with customers to resolve daily operational issues with servicing and parts replacement. Prabakaran has a proven track record of achieving productivity improvement targets given his strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and work processes.
Farm Yen Fen

Yen Fen has sound and in-depth accounting knowledge with more than 10 years of experience managing the financial performance and statutory reporting requirements for J.Keart’s group of companies. She has been instrumental in overseeing the successful implementation of our company’s ERP system and our straight-through processing platform for our Maintenance portfolio.
Yen Fen holds a Chartered Accountant certification and ACCA Level 2 qualifications. Currently she is appointed as Finance Manager for J. Keart’s group of companies.
Raja Ahmad Arqam

Raja Ahmad started his career as a Designer and Drafter for fire protection systems. With more than 24 years of experience in the Building and Construction industry handling M&E works for commercial and industrial buildings, he has a wealth of experience to support our Group in the field of project tendering and contract administration.
